August - September 2020 Stats. Things continue to be on the up and up for Townhomes and Detached, holding that Seller's market in place. Condos have seen a dip in the average sale price, however still in an active market. This largely in part to a large amount of new construction of Condo buildings in Chilliwack, as well as the high insurance costs to maintain.
