Looks a bit weird yes- syrup & raw sugar painted fondant brûléed to make a realistic pizza cake crust.

Lilla Gulyas decorated her first fondant cake under my instruction; I must say she did a wonderful job, definitely a natural! Happy Birthday Justin .

Tried a new recipe for egg nog cake with egg nog Creamcheese buttercream. I found it very sweet & the texture was not dry but not moist either! My other taste testers goobled it up with no complaints ! I think I will be in the kitchen adjusting this creation a few more times before I can say it’s perfect. I will try a few tweeks & Swiss meringue buttercream next chance a get.
