They come equipped with an intention candle, a live plant, a crystal for the purpose of the manifestation intended. A special herbal blend specially made for what the intention of the mug by myself, and a manifestation mantra. I've also put my own healing energy into the mug. How to use: The candle- light the candle, keep your goal in mind, visualize your end result, focus your will to manifest that result. Let the candle burn to completion. The herbal blend- requires a ceramic bowl or abalone shell. You may want to add dirt or sand in the ceramic bowl so it doesn't get too hot. Ignite the herbs focus your intent on purifying the room, cleanse the room with smoke keeping your intent in mind. When finished estinguish the herb blend. You may get a few uses out of your herbal blend. Your crystal- keep it with you, in your pocket or bra. Set out in the moon or sun to recharge. Mantra scroll- feel free to read this regularly...
