When people ask me how long I have been in business, I tell them "all my life". And really, it's true. From subscribing my aunts to Yves Rocher when I was 14 years old to giving beauty advice to my classmates in high school and later in university, I have been building my business my whole life. . I just finished a virtual consultation with a friend from university who I have known for 16 years and who has followed my advice all those years. She has now become a loyal clien...t ever since I opened my business. She is not the only one and I am so grateful for every single one of you! Tonight she thanked me for making it easy for her. She said that she can just tell me what she wants and I tweak her routine for her, she doesn't even have to think! And THAT is what I live for. . This year has been challenging to say the least, but one thing it allowed me to do is to reconnect to my roots and take time to sit down (virtually) with my clients and give them quality skincare and beauty advice. The beauty industry can not only be toxic for the consumers, but also for the practitioners. It glorifies being booked up weeks in advance and working long hour days with back to back clients. It pressures you into producing the most results, the fastest way possible with the latest gadget or fad. . As I am getting ready to start hands-on services again, I am ready to let all of that go. To focus only on intuitive, regenerating and healing treatments focused on long-term health. No fluff, no short-lived services, none of that instant results BS.
