When you have an agent working for you, who is on your side, that agent is also legally obligated to work in your best interest. Due to the enormous details involved in a real estate transaction and possibly, the largest purchase of your life, don't go it alone. Emotions, excitement, and lack of knowledge when it comes to reviewing and understanding the multiple documents involved in a real estate transaction can work against you. Consider what's in your best interest.
