On average - *Single Family Residential Homes Prices have only dropped 4.14% from April 2019.... *I say 'only' because - *Total Residential Unit Sales are Down 55% from this time last year! That's huge, but reassuring that we've maintained value throughout the Covid-19 pandemic & greatly reduced sales percentage. I'm noticing things beginning to pick up.
