A great video expressing how yoga can be enjoyed by all virtually. Looks like fun Jace! Our virtual yoga class is a great way for individuals to stay fit, both mentally and physically. We were able to get past our initial challenges and provide our guys with the comfort of online classes from home, all thanks to Vancouver Foundation for their emergency grant.
