The Ottawa Real Estate Board has been busy compiling Ottawa real estate market statistics since Ontario’s State of Emergency Order came into effect, including Daily New Listings, Weekly Sales, and Average Sale Price per Week. Look at how Ottawa’s Real Estate market has been affected by the pandemic. It is obvious that the activity in the market has dropped drastically since the city began responding to the Pandemic but notice how the prices haven’t. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues. @ Ottawa, Ontario
