I've gotten a lot of new followers lately, so I wanted to introduce myself again! My name is Elaan, and it's nice to meet all of you! I'm a personal trainer based out of Winnipeg, MB, Canada, but I am also an Online trainer! I got into the fitness industry because I wanted to help people improve their lives. I've dealt with depression/anxiety for most of my life. Having gone through rough ups and downs, and not wanting to be medicated, I needed a way to stabilize myself.... Training has countless benefits! All of which my clients can tell you! But my passion is not only with helping people reach goals, but to help them be: stronger, happier, more confident, and live with less pain. I had a bittersweet moment this past weekend. I had the opportunity to shoot with one of my long time karate students. But, I also had to say goodbye. Roene, I am so proud of you and all you've accomplished, in and out of karate. I am so honoured to have been one of your mentors over the years! I know you will fulfill all your goals, and overcome any obstacles you'll face in New York. I wish you and your family the best, and please know that I am always here if you shou...ld need (and your dojo family)! Love you! I remember mentoring, coaching, and training this lovely young lady, for years. Roene, along with other students I taught throughout my karate career, have inspired me and ignited my love of coaching. I can't fully describe the amazing feeling when I see how much my students and clients have improved. I look forward to hearing of Roene's accomplishments in this new phase of life!
