Unfortunately, we will no longer be accepting guests from western and central Halifax (HRM from Hubbards to, and including, Porters Lake and communities up to Elmsdale and Mount Uniacke in Hants County). This change is temporary until we know more from the province in the next couple weeks. Due to the continuous rise of COVID cases in HRM, we ask all guests coming from these areas to please cancel their booking. (Directions on how to do this can be found in our last post). We... will refuse entry to guests coming from western and central Halifax. This is something we hoped we wouldn’t have to do but due to the rise in cases, we have decided to follow the most recent provincial guidelines on this and will continue to do so in the future. We hope to welcome back all guests from all over the province(s) very soon. We understand this can be frustrating and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, the safety of our guests and staff is our highest priority. Thank you for your understanding.

COVID-19 POLICY UPDATE *PLEASE READ* Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the province, we understand that our guests may be hesitant or cautious about visiting SENSEA. We want everyone to know we are doing everything we can to ensure our spa is clean and safe for guests. Because of this, we have implemented new policies surrounding COVID-19 to ensure our guests and staff feel safe. WALK-INS: We will no longer be accepting walk-ins for the spa pass. All bookin...gs are now by appointment only. If you arrive to SENSEA without an appointment, you will be turned away. GROUPS: Effective November 23rd, we are no longer accepting groups of more than five people. We have decided to follow the most recent provincial restrictions on this. Therefore, if you currently have a booking of more than five people, you will be asked to reduce your booking to five people or less. CANCELLATIONS: For single appointments, please cancel via the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. For bookings of 2 or more, we ask that you email us at [email protected] so the cancellation can be made properly. We also ask all guests to respect our 48 hour cancellation policy, especially if you’re booked for a spa treatment. However, we do understand that anything can happen during these unprecedented times. In this case, the cancellation fee will be waived for any cancellations pertaining to COVID-19.
