Avec ou sans dogi, avec ou sans épées car certains en ont pas à la maison. C’est une bénédiction d’avoir des gens passionnés pour pouvoir partager cet art précieux. Durant cette période difficile c’est très important de regarder en profondeur les enseignements de Musashi Sensei dans le livre The Book of Five Rings(Gorin no sho) et la façon de marcher seul (Dokkodo).
