We just finished a 7,500 Sqft Synthetic Grass installation for St Pius X Elementary School in Deep Cove. Rymar Synthetic provided their top quality Residential Grass and we infilled with lots of sand and crumb rubber to give the kiddies a super soft play area to frolic on! We also installed Playfall tile in the jungle gym area to give added protection and a super spongy area to run around on. Check out these photos, but wait until we start the second phase...even more cool things to come!!!

Birken Limestone Driveway - 1 year later!! The plant materials and creeping thyme have filled in so well along the driveway and the natural stone really works with this house. Dang, I could live there:)

We would like to thank all of the suppliers who helped us out at the Home and Garden Show last week for their support. We could not have done it without you. Thank you University Sprinklers for landscape lighting, Atlas pots for the use of all the fantastic pots, Inline Nursery for the truck load ager truck load of plant material, Yves from Sticks and Stones for the kickass fire pit and amazing benches, and Jen from A Good Chick to Know for inviting us to take part. We had a great time and look forward to next year.

All Set Up! Let the show begin...

Day 1 of set up for the Home and Garden Show at BC Place. Our Lounge is right next to the Powersmart Home...so cool. So far everybodys spaces are very creative. Custom features are popping up all over. The show is on from Wednesday afternoon until the end of the day on Sunday. Trisha and I will be at the "Ask a Professional" stage from 12:00 until 5:00 on Thursday so come and pick our brain for ideas or solutions to your landscape dilemma.

REALLY liking this Birken Limestone right now. Fantastic natural paving stone with great colours and veins running through it.

This job in Burnaby finished last Fall just in time for the fantastic Autumn colours. The hot tub area has a cover over it now to ward off the rain and the lights at night really, really showcase the yard. I still have to take some good night photos...

Come on by the Home and Garden Show February 19-February 23 and check us out in the Lounge area near the feature home! We are helping our buddy Jen Scott from A Good Chick to Know with a little exterior space. The show is going to be great for new ideas this season and make plans for YOUR outside spaces. We are looking skilled labourers for both landscape construction and carpentry, as well as a landscape construction foreman. Applicants for the skilled labourer position should have a minimum two years experience in landscape construction. Operating knowledge of the applicable tools, including power tools. Machine operation experience is an asset. Applicants for the foreman positions should have a minimum of two years experience as a landscape foreman, a valid class 5 drivers license, be a team player, as well as the ability to lead a team and give direction and complete jobs as required with minimal supervision. Machine operation experience is a requirement for the foreman position.
