Day 3 of 40Days continued, the sun is up

Day 3 of 40Days. This day started at 3:30am, by preparing for the call in quiet meditation. From my balcony atop the mountain ridge line that parallels the beaches, I watched fireflies silently dance among the treetops. Then as the call began and we dove deeper into our journey, the full moon relinquished the evening sky over to the sun. The Howler monkeys witnessing a new day, called to each other. This awoke the green parrots, who took flight, calling loudly to the jungle ...Wake up, Wake up. The sun, now cresting the higher peaks to the east, glistens of the waxy leaves, spreading light everywhere. In celebration, the mountain jungle is filled with the song of a thousand birds. The air is so lush, rich and pure that swear I can drink the Prana, in with every breath. In this moment it is impossible to have anything but love for this world. See more

I begin most 40Days mornings, between three and five a.m.. It starts with a soft and gentle exploration of who I am, and morphs into remembering how I can be of support for another. I love the experience

Hidden gateways. I took this picture of candle light through a water filled milk bottle, 6 years ago. I love the way the light passes through the water. It seems to suggest a hidden door on the wall that leads to another world filled with light beings. I muse that this gateway only appears when certain conditions are met; being alone on a very snowy evening, late at night, no lights save for a single candle and a fire in the fireplace. The more I muse about this pic, the more I see the gateway was in my mind. #candlelight #multidimensional #snowyevening #gateway
