I’m very happy to announce my return to work! For now, services will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday, on a priority basis. When you book your appointment you will be emailed a COVID-19 screening document (or screened over the phone) to aid us in delivering care to those in higher need first. This would include those whose day to day lives have been severely impacted by their pain and/or musculoskeletal issues. Please remember to wear a mask or face covering to your appoin...tment as mandated by our College. If you have any questions about the updates, feel free to send me a message or comment. I look forward to seeing you all!

Hello! As of last night it was announced that Massage Therapists are able to gradually return to work. More details will follow, so please be patient while we work things out with our college, and delays in finding PPE. How would everyone like to receive updates? I can post or go Live for questions (although we don’t have many answers)

Nice gentle core workout for you guys today with Adriene! I love this video because everything is gentle, slow, and keeps your neck and shoulder relaxed! I also love that it happens to include some of the best exercises I’ve found to help with my Diastasis Recti. (I do not own the rights to this video or music) ... https://youtu.be/f9kPg-Ai4vI

Who else has been experiencing some low back pain and discomfort? I want to give a shout out to Yoga with Adriene for helping me with my yoga practice. Try some of the 30 day challenges! It’s not about forcing any movements, and she is wonderful at reminding you that it’s OK to move how you need, and it does not have to look the same as her. It’s about getting up to move and stretch, and learning to breathe through movement! https://youtu.be/XeXz8fIZDCE
