With the rising cases surrounding the BSG area, I am asking all clients to please, cancel or reschedule if you are feeling unwell, or have any flu like symptoms. I would also like for you to reschedule if you have been around anyone who tested positive or have symptoms. I am not taking this lightly, as this is Christmas season and I am doing our part to protect t...hose who need it most. Anyone who enters the salon and show any signs, will be asked to leave and reschedule. Bookings. Starting tomorrow, there will be a no-show / last minute cancellation policy put in place. If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service booked before rescheduling is allowed to take place. If you are any more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is considered a no-show and will result in this fee. A minimum of 24 hours is required when cancelling a appointment. Please be respectful of our, and our clients time. Especially with everything going on as I book my schedule to allow that I properly sanitize and disinfect before each client. PLEASE READ Yes, I’m still open! I will require you to answer a few simple questions the night before your appointment when we confirm your time , All safety measures will be used while here, hand sanitizer at the door, face mask that covers mouth and nose at all times and everything gets sanitized and disinfected when you leave. Anyone not feeling well or may have been exposed to the active case will have to reschedule their appointment until safe to proceed. Your h...ealth and safety is my top priority!
