Sometimes our Spirit Team, Guides and Ancestors do not come in a mystical form. Sometimes they just take the guise of those that are close to you or someone you bump into briefly along your travels. They seem to help you through your doubts and struggles. They seem to know just what to say to keep you going onward. To help you find that path again when you have stumbled and drifted afar. Blessed are we to have them. To see them. To converse with them. Thank you for your guidance, assistance and your love along every turn in our roller coaster ride we call life.

Harvesting Mullein for tincture time !!! hehehehe Medicinal Uses: The Mullein plant is among one of the oldest known medicinal plants. The flowers, leaves, and... roots are used. Mullein tea is normally made from the leaves. Flowers can be added but are very time consuming to pick as they are small, produced on second year plants, and only a few flowers open on each plant every day. Mullein is best known as a respiratory tonic and used for chest colds, bronchitis, asthma, dry coughs, congestion, whooping cough, tuberculosis, pneumonia, tonsillitis, colds and the flu. The leaves and flowers activate lymph circulation in the neck and chest and can be useful for mumps, glandular swellings and earaches. Mullein tones and soothes the mucous membranes, reduces inflammation and encourages healthy fluid production in the lungs through encouraging mucus production. The plant protects the membranes from absorbing allergens and encourages expectoration. It has a mild sedative effect and is said to promote sleep and to soothe the nerves. It is anti-spasmodic, antibiotic, anti-inflammatory, astringent, and soothing. Mullein root is a diuretic and urinary tract astringent. Do you see what I see?! Illusions and delusions, oh my, how they play havoc within our lives. When you calm your mind by stilling your thoughts and fears only then can you tap truly into what is. Look closely to those around you. Look at their energy. Be honest with yourself and truly take note if they are helping you in your highest good or in servitude to themselves. ... Also be aware that some people project onto you through their own fears, delusions, past experiences and current pains. Not all do so to hurt you. Some just are not aware that they are because they are so very wrapped up in their own story.

Why go along with the crowd in mockery and belittling of others in order to make yourself feel superior and a false sense of fitting in? You never know when you'll be their next victim. Disarm them with a smile !!!

Life is like a puzzle. Each time we piece together upon our tapestry the sum total of our fullest potential. We can either Create an Exquisite Masterpiece of true beauty as we place each learned lesson in alignment. Or a mismatched catastrophe through the need to continue to experience suffering through the unwillingness to disengage from the ownership that you are truly the one responsible for your own actions and choices made. Tough decision isn't it? To choose between what your Soul knows is right and what stokes the ego and creates a temporary pleasure.
