Updated Class Schedule in these changing times! Please remember to wear your mask when attending class, use hand sanitizer, and practise the 6' distancing as per current COVID - 19 rules. We would like to continue classes and keep all our clients safe so they can relax during classes.

EXCITING NEWS! We have finalized our yoga schedule to begin in November, and will be teaching at Serenity Yoga at the Lake on Neva Rd. Classes will be Mondays-... 7:00pm Flow & Core Tuesdays- 7:00pm Deep stretch These classes will be available to ALL levels, including beginners. Detailed instruction and cues will be given for safe movement. Prepare to sweat and work on Monday classes, and save Tuesdays for a deeply nourishing, slow practice. To attend these classes, you MUST register online, as we must track numbers and cap the class due to COVID. To register online, visit lakeshorehealth.janeapp.com and select the yoga class of your choice. Drop in rate is $14.00 Please bring your own mat and props if needed.
