Ready for the first outdoor class of 2020!

Hello all! I hope everyone is happy, healthy and safe. I thank you all for you patience during this uncertain time. I am very excited to announce the start of outdoor yoga. I am offering classes 2 times per week from next Sunday June 21, 2020 till weather permits. Classes will be either Wednesday or Thursday evening from 6:30pm - 7:30pm and Sunday’s from 11:30am - 12:30. Classes will be $10 a class or a 4 class pass for $25 and it is open to all levels. It will be held in my... private back yard, which allows for 4 participants to practice 2 meters apart from each other. The yard is clean but my dogs do play on it on occasion (they do their business on the other part of the yard) With limited space I am booking in advance but I will always accept participants up to 20 before the start of class if there is space. I live in Walden. I can’t wait for to see you and practice some yoga!

Starting May 3 I am offering a pay what you can 6-week virtual program. What you will get in your 6-weeks: - 2 hour long yoga practices a week (One on Wednesday evening and one Sunday afternoon) - 1 guided meditation/week (15 min each)... - Weekly wellness suggestions - (As always) 100% access to me to provide support in whatever way I can You will need access to a computer with internet access, download the zoom app, a comfortable space to practice. As well, I am putting together kits to loan out to people enrolled in the program. The kits will include 2 blocks and a strap. The straps are currently being washed and the blocks will be fully sanitized before going out. Anyone interested in borrowing one of these packs can let me know and I will have them ready for pick up! :-) Please PM me or comment below for more information or to enrol!
