Mealworms are super fast. I’ve seen them scurry across 1 metre in 10 seconds. They are part of many human diets around the world. Hasn’t caught on yet in North America. They are high in protein and Omega 3. Their Frass is the texture of fine sand. It increases microbial activity within soil. Black Soldier Fly Larvae are eating machines. They can eat over twice their own body weight every day. That’s the equivalent of an average human eating over 1400 hot dogs.
