Some new dishes hitting the menu this evening! First we have a Sichuan & cumin braised lamb, sesame labneh, buckwheat, Serrano and sweet peppers served with warm bread. Next we have a NL shrimp 3 egg omelette with parm and shaved Matsutake mushrooms from @nfmushrooms , not pictured we have a beef tartare with black garlic purée and crispy chicken skin!
