Introducing one of our final judges for ACE the Pitch... Anik is a Manager in Deloitte's Consulting practice in Toronto. He spends his day guiding clients through their Agile and Digital Transformation journeys, to help them break out from their traditional processes to evolve into adaptive, high-speed delivery engines that focus on the customer at the core. Having started as a co-op at the firm, Anik is an avid advocate of the University of Waterloo community and it’s co-op program, and plays an active role in leading the firm's efforts to recruit some of the best talent Canada has to offer from the school. Anik's path in the firm has brought him to over 20 cities over the past 4.5 years, which has turned him into an avid traveler, explorer and road warrior.

It all started after volunteering to help out a friend's younger sister with Grade 12 English. Watching her build confidence and gain a new zest for life, Sunny developed a love for education and quit his job as a management consultant - giving birth to TutorBright. The company started with humble beginnings by... gaining new clients by knocking door-to-door. We are glad to have Fenton come to ACE the pitch to share his experiences! Fenton is an advisor to the world’s leading organizations, helping them think through corporate strategy, innovation, and pressing business challenges. He works for Deloitte’s Management Consulting arm, and though his work is generally industry agnostic, he enjoys work in emerging industries due to their white canvas nature and high levels of ambiguity. Prior to Deloitte, Fenton was Manager of Strat...egy for Freshii, a large Canadian restaurant chain, working closely with the Founder & CEO on initiatives designed to push industry boundaries. Fenton is a director on the board of the Toronto Public Library, the world’s largest neighbourhood based library system, helping to guide its $125 million budget and strategic direction. Fenton is a graduate of Ivey Business School at Western University, a political junkie, a fried chicken aficionado, and an avid Raptors fan. See more
