The sun is out!!!! It's that time of year again! Outdoor TRX Bootcamps starting may 15th to 31st Evenings-Mondays at 6:30 and Wednesdays at 7:30. Daytime-Mondays at 1:00 and Wednesdays at 12:00. This is twice a week for 3 weeks for 90.00$... Kids are welcome! See more

NEW!!! Bootcamp starting August 22!!! Short and sweet for 2 weeks for 55$ As requested by some of you... We will be in the gym on the Monday and TRX at my house on the Wednesday for my evening class. Monday and Wednesday@ 10:30am... Monday and Wednesday@ 8:30pm Anyone new that would like to give it a try, first session is on me.

Round two!!! Who is in? Starting next week Monday the 11th. It will be a 3 week class on Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00. Cost is 75.00$, kids welcome.
