Sewa Canada International Aid Inc. Kerala Flood Relief Rebuilding project UPDATE ( from remote hills of Wayanad) - 4 more homes built/handed over in March 2020.... - 2 more homes are 90% complete + 1 home is 30% complete. COVID-19 crisis/lockdown has impacted construction work since March. 3 homes + 1 community centre were completed and handed over to beneficiaries in December 2019 (as reported at that time). This accounts for 11 homes completed/handed over/almost completed out a total of 14 homes, we set out to build. Once the lockdown is lifted in this remote area, construction will resume. Again we express our gratitude to all of our donors who helped us raise CAD$ 80,000 and our ground workers, to bring relief to under-privileged/victims in the remote hills of Wayanad district of Kerala.
