My first week back in the clinic is coming to an end. And I've gotta say, I've never felt better!! I have to give a huge shout out to our clinic owner, Amanda Pilgrim, RMT. She has put in so much work over the past few weeks to create a safe, sanitary treatment environment for all clients and therapists. Also to the CMTNL & the WHO for getting the regulations in place that we needed to get back to work in a timely manner! I look forward to seeing you all again as the weeks go by! I would like to update clients at this time as the situation develops with the covid-19 outbreak! I will continue to practice until I am advised otherwise, however, I would like to advise clients of the following: - Anyone who has, or has been in contact with anyone who has travelled within the last 14 days is asked to call and reschedule your appointment... - If you are experiencing a fever accompanied by a dry cough, you are advised to reschedule your appointment and call the health line at 811! - At this time, the health of my clients, myself, and fellow coworkers is of the upmost importance. I will have to refuse treatment to clients who enter the clinic meeting any of the above criteria Please understand that this is a difficult time for us all as we try to continue to provide massage therapy services to those who need it, despite the out break. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I am waiving my cancellation policy for those who call the clinic to notify me of your cancellation due to the outbreak.
