This year, the IAFF Fallen Firefighters Memorial will be held virtually for all to see.

Today, we remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice while serving their community. It is our honour to stand and represent these members along side members of the Strathcona Fire Fighters Honour Guard. For the first time we are unable to stand with our brothers and sisters, family members and loved ones as we remember those who came before us. Stay safe, stay healthy and most of all, hold your loved ones close. Video of the 2020 Strathcona Fallen Firefighter Memorial March will be posted to our social media once completed.

Today we remember all those who lost their lives 19 years ago today, and the countless more who have since passed away due to 9/11 related illnesses. We remember the 343 FDNY Firefighters as well as all the other first responders who made the ultimate sacrifice.
