Policies & Procedures Address is 3098 Vista Ride Drive. Please use front garage door, take off shoes and follow the signs to the basement and turn left Please wear your own mask before entering and use the hand sanitizer that will be available when you walk in. I will also have disposable masks available if needed but I prefer you have your own I have to keep my room cool and ventilated so please wear or bring a sweater if your one to get cold... Clients must cancel the appointment if you are sick, have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been around anyone who have been suspected to have it Clients must arrive alone to the appointment unless otherwise discussed Please come 5 minutes early to look through colors and designs If you have traveled recently or been around someone who has please tell me before booking Please do not touch your phone or face during the appointment If you have photos you want to send please send them as soon as you can so we can book accordingly If wanting lots of art and extras let me know while booking the appointment so I can book the extra time needed I take cash & debit cards. Will accept credit cards for an extra $2.50 I require 48 hour notice for cancellations. For the first short notice cancellation I will require a non refundable $25 deposit that will be applied to the next appointment. If it happens for a second time I will require 50% charge of the service booked and a $25 non refundable deposit that will go towards the next appointment. I do understand that things come up and I will work my best to accommodate but I need time to fill the spot and get clients in that are on my waiting list I have a small dog that greets at the door so please let me know if that is a problem Any client that is over 5 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will have to pay a $25 non refundable deposit for their next appointment.
