The mares made it safely from Guatemala to Wellington. Congratulation to Maya on the purchase of her first horse! It looks like one is more excited than the other to be outside!

On June 28 we welcomed a beautiful filly! She is by our stallion, Corino VDL out of Temba (Natal x Uniek)

Our first week at Palgrave finished up great with Maya and Zidane being reserve champion of the .90 by winning two of the classes! Moe also jumped double clean and ended up second in the 5 year olds.

We are looking for a reliable individual to work from Thursday to Sunday at our farm in Richmond Hill. Must be confident working with stallions and young horses along with our show horses. Normal duties include mucking, turnout and tacking up horses, some riding opportunities may be available for the right person. Please email resumes to [email protected]

We are officially finished showing for the 2016 season. Temba and Maya ended up second in the .90m classic at the Canadian Show Jumping Tournament last week and Corino ended 4th in the 1.20m classic this week. We would like to congratulate everyone on a great season and can't wait for next year!

Another great success story from MAAAX! Amanda Harris and her fiancé Fernando Saenz operate SH Equine, a Hunter/Jumper facility in Richmond Hill Ontario. See wh...at Amanda had to say about feeding MAAAX. "Because hay can be so up and down in quality, we found certain horses were more difficult to keep weight on. We love MAAAX forage cubes because they worked wonders for our hard keepers." "Once we started feeding MAAAX we saw our picky eaters were actually putting on weight and we liked that it came from a forage source rather than a concentrate. We find it such a high quality and clean forage. We really love how easy it is to feed and how the horses clean it all up. We wrapped up our last week at Angelstone Tournaments for the season. Corino VDL ended up champion of the 1.20m, Temba and Megan won a class in the .80m, and Maverick had two clear rounds in the 1.0m Thanks to RingSide Media for the photo of Corino

This week was filled with emotions. We said goodbye to our working student, Natalia. Everyone at SH Equine will miss you but we hope to see you back next year! Last week at Palgrave was a success, Corino finished with a double clear in the 1.20 classic and Seleya finished with a double clear in the 1.10 classic

We recently acquired a facility in Richmond Hill and we have training board available starting November 1st. We are seconds to the 404 and have a large indoor 70x170 and a large outdoor 100x200 with a full set of jumps. The facility has an indoor wash rack, 2 outdoor wash racks, a heated bathroom and many paddocks for turnout. We specialize in training of young horses and we compete and attend Ontario A circuit shows in the summer as well as we travel to Quebec and the US.
