It is my sincere pleasure to provide a testimonial for Rahat Chughtai and his RUASMA Agency. I would like to base this testimonial on my recent real life experience of doing business with Rahat and his agency....... I came to know Rahat during my election campaign for the Mayor of St. Catharines, Ontario when I needed a rush order for some business cards. Rahat was able to provide me the cards in short order at Avery fair price. From that simple beginning our business and ...personal relationship has flourished. On the business side various election materials were designed and produced very quickly, always correctly and at a fair price.......... This culminated in a rush order for 60,000 deluxe brochure style flyers that included multiple pictures many of which were produced by RUASMA. Due to the extremely tight scheduled Rahat attended the production run and personally delivered the flyers to the newspaper that was going to distribute them. This rush order happened over a two day period, a nearly impossible challenge considering the size of the order and the tight schedule. Rahat gave me the simple " leave it to me" assurance and I knew I was in good hands....... During my campaign I was also involved in the launching of two new businesses, The Gladstone Foundation and the Scottish Triple. I turned to Rahat and RUASMA for my printing and advertising needs. Of particular note Gladstone was looking for an innovative design to for 5000 display boxes to package 250,000 wildflower seed packs that are part of Gladstone's fundraising efforts. The display box design was complicated as it had to transport and merchandise the seeds and price was a limiting factor. Rahat was able to personally design the package in house and work with the production company to produce and deliver them on a tight time frame and once again at a fair price...... As a result of our business relationship, Rahat and I began to develop and personal friendship. We have learned very quickly how two people from very different backgrounds can find common ground for the common good and build a strong personal and professional relationship. I look forward to continuing to work with Rahat on a business basis and also to continue to build our ....... I can without reservation recommend Rahat and his agency to anyone who is looking for a creative agencythatis able to be flexible and is always very professional.
