Will you understand tonight the meaning of that phrase? Will you understand tonight the indomitable power within the concentrated mind that understands the will of the Godhead for each individual? Whensoever your desire, beloved ones, is an illicit desire, one that harms other parts of life, by the great act of cosmic mercy life often withdraws and your energy is lessened. And you notice an abatement of your energy simply because the desire itself, if it were to be granted, would create unhappiness, pain, shame and disgrace upon the very powers of life itself. Yet individuals force their will through and thus create a ring of negative karma, which returns to them, ultimately, for redemption." . See more
