The day has finally arrived where I can announce that my dream of having a fitness center dedicated to community wellness and making each member feel like family has become a reality. I have been blessed with the opportunity of taking over Sandcastle Fitness Clubs. Sandcastle is a community based gym that has been centered around the same values I hold most important in a fitness facility for over 20 years.... Plans for the very near future include: a renovation, 24hr access, and some new state of the art equipment. Thank you to all my current and past clients, industry mentors, family and friends, business partner, and wife for providing the path to get here. Just want to give a huge shout-out to @thug_in_wonderland. He was supposed to be competing today, but after an incident in the gym that led to a minor injury we decided it was best for him not to push it with Bench and Deadlifts. Here he is in the gym with no crowd, no caffeine, just casually doing his thing and crushing a PR 545lb Squat. I am so lucky to get to work with individuals like this who put in the work with 0 complaints, only high expectations.
