May 15th was a sad day for the Killarney bowling community we lost a friend and avid bowler, Oscar Bylo. Although he will be missed by all who knew him, he will be remembered for his love of the game and zest for life!! Oscar, if you ever wish to come for a visit we will always have a lane waiting!! On a positive note we will now know that thunder is angels bowling and Oscar's throwing a perfect game!!!

I have had a few people asking about the results from the Inter-Provincial Event held in Charlottetown PEI in late April. The results are posted on www.c5pba.ca/events/interprovincial Congrats to Gord Dearsley and Henry Rempel for doing Shamrock Lanes proud, as they competed in the above mentioned event!!!!!
