I am excited to work with our team to build an inclusive and just school system that reflects and embraces diversity in our wider community. IMPORTANT UPDATE BELOW:

Niagara Region Public Health (NRPH) has advised us that one individual at Valley Way Public School has tested positive for COVID-19. Following protocol, students and staff are being contacted and advised by NRPH as needed. The school will be thoroughly cleaned and NRPH will do a comprehensive on-site assessment at the school tomorrow. Valley Way will continue with preventative COVID-19 practices such as wearing PPE, physical distancing, hand hygiene, and daily health screening. We will continue working closely with NRPH to ensure the school meets all health and safety protocols required.

Thanks to the City of Niagara Falls, S. C. Volunteer Firefighter Association, and Land Care Niagara we were able to expand Niagara Fall’s tree canopy by an extra 50 trees this morning. Now more than ever, we are so lucky to have access to so much green space in Niagara. It’s so important to protect and expand these areas.
