Quick #vegan supper tonight. Tossed a can of diced tomatoes and 2 cans of beans (one chickpea and one lupini) and a pack of @epicureofficial Tandoori Chicken Curry spice. Cooked for 7 minutes in the Multipurpose Steamer. Added in half a pouch of creamed coconut, coconut milk would be good too, or yogurt, and cooked 2 more mins. Added 5 big handfuls of baby spinach and cooked 2 more minutes. Serving with steamed broccoli. It's delicous, filling and will make great leftovers for lunch this week. #vegan #yummy #whatsfordinner
