Lori Baker sent us a couple of pictures of the cupcakes that her husband, Darrell, made using the Red Velvet Cupcake recipe that we posted and the beets from this week’s share. Tomorrow they are going to ice with a horseradish cream cheese icing with their granddaughter. A great way to sneak more veggies into her diet!! Thank you Lori and Darrell for inspiring us all.
