I know we all feel awkward getting clients to rebook in our massage practices... No one want to feel like a sales rep, marketing your expertises to a client at ...the end of the treatment! It's tough, because we are taught as massage therapists that age-old saying of: if we build it, they will come. What do I mean by that? What I mean is that we hope that our clients will rebook without being prompted. But, as we all know, this is not the case. This is my favourite tool to get away from this awkward feeling and get your client to rebook!!
