Our garlic is officially SOLD OUT! Luckily our field crew have just finished planting 9000 more plants for our 2021 garlic fix. Thank you to all our garlic-lovin' customers for supporting the farm. Pauline was very pleased to find this four limbed carrot friend in the field yesterday :)

First we harvested it.... then we cured it.... then we sorted it..... then we moved it up and down two flights of stairs several times a day for a week in attempt to make sure it didn’t get moldy..... yesterday we split it..... and today we’re planting it. That’s right! We’re talking about GARLIC! The fattest, juiciest, most flavourful cloves are going back into the ground to repopulate the fields with great garlic for next year. Stay tuned while nothing much happens until next summer when it’s harvested again
