Happy Sunday I always love a good testimonial to start my day ! Whitney has a great reminder to all of us about our health! Why do I always forget this??? I feel soooo good when I'm being my healthiest self. And then I wonder why I ever go back to unhealthy habits. Right now, I feel better than ever, all thanks to #lifebyseacret nutrition products!... But what happens when a holiday, or fun weekend, or increased stress comes around? I typically slip back into a body that feels blah! I hate that. K, so, everything we do in life is a decision, right? For everything, there's a path we want to be on, and a path we try to avoid. Typically, there's a path towards a goal, and a path away from it. Spend long enough on one path, forget that the other path even exists. At this point, maybe we feel "home free"? Does any of this sound familiar?
