The flip side to my earlier post; even though low interest rates are making it a Sellers Market, it is also good for Buyers. You might have a harder time finding your perfect new home right now, but when you do you'll get a higher rate of return. Low interest rates makes it the perfect time to buy and invest.

Mortgage rates are at an all time low. Which means the cost of borrowing is lower, qualifying for more, and being able to have a higher purchase price if needed.
