Pet owners should have pet health insurance or the ability to pay for veterinary care. If you are living with a limited income, please put a little money aside each month for any unexpected pet illness. Pet ownership is not to be taken lightly. You are responsible for a pet’s good health and I'm sure that they thank you for your loving care in many ways.

Most dog breeds are welcome. Don't pretend that you don't know, I don't want pit breeds.

I had a call today from a person who was interested in renting one of our suites on Empress that was advertised on Craigslist. She wisely called me before engaging further via email. The last of our Empress properties left our hands in May of 2019. There are a lot of scammers out there. Be careful.

Recycling people, we love you. To the folks who are residents at 845 Princess, don't forget that we have soft plastic and Styrofoam recycling being collected in the basement. My guys take it out to Hartland Landfill where they collect it. Then it is shipped it to the proper facilities. Keep these long lived products out of the landfill.

The strangest thing came into my mind today as I was doing bathroom laundry. Did you know that bathmats made with a rubberized backing are not machine washable? If you toss one into the washer the rubber breaks off in tiny bits. Those particles can get into your clothes, pollute the sewer system, get stuck in your pump and break the washing machine. As a renter, this could mean an appliance was damaged by neglect and you could be on the hook for repairs. I use my mat upside down to slide my nasty wooden office chair back and forth from my desk. The mat has more endurance than the fuzzy felt feet.

I am so, so sorry that you wasted your time looking at units that have been occupied for years. Like there are not enough reasons to get stuck on the internet. Best of luck in your search for housing. Just don't bother contacting me because you are a big boy and can figure out why.
