2 dozen banana blueberry muffins, 1 dozen large and 3 dozen small chocolate oatmeal (sugar free, oil free, flour free) muffins, 30 chicken sausage rolls, 40 pizza rolls, and individual pizzas for 5 for supper! I think we are good for school lunches this week!

Oatmeal chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin cookies for my son and his new fiancée! All nicely laid out on the new extra large cooling racks he bought me for Christmas!

Delicious birthday cake for my friend! Earl Grey tea cake, cream cheese lemon curd filling and frothy Earl Grey creamy meringue frosting. Yum!

In the kitchen today, more Raspberry Cream Cheese Brownies, Lemon Scones and oodles of Molasses Ginger Cookies. Who needs scentsy with these smells filling the house!

Baking Day #3: Apple Almond Torte, Raspberry Cream Cheese Brownies, Apple Filled Oatmeal Cookies, Streusel Chip Muffins, more Triple Layer Brownies. My trusty Kitchen Aid got a workout this weekend!
