It’s so easy to go through each day on auto pilot, doing and saying things without really thinking about the ‘why’ behind it. I’ve saved myself so much time, energy and heartbreak just by getting clear on my intentions

The countdown is on! This retreat is my favorite adventure to go on because I get to experience it with amazing women who are ready to take life into their own hands! Lately I’ve been craving the simple life, and wanting to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I miss my country roots and the calming effects of nature.
