Hi Gang! Registration is now open for the Airdrie Triathlon Club Jan / Feb virtual spin and Jan virtual strength and core. Don't forget you will need a 2021 ATC membership to sign up. $20 Adults / $10 Youth. https://ccnbikes.com/#!/events/airdrie-triathlon-club-2021 Jan / Feb Training Sessions: Wednesday night virtual spin classes will return January 6th at 6:30pm. This has been a blast to coach and we'd love to see some new faces out. We meet via zoom and workouts are emaile...d and can also be uploaded to your training peaks account. Classes are led by RPE targets as well as power targets. We also double up and set up a meet up / workout on zwift so you can join us over both platforms if you are on zwift. We will offer a dryland core and strength training session on Tuesday nights in January. This will be lead by zoom and does NOT require specialty swim tubing. We will utilize simple hand weights if you have them and simple exercise tubing if you have it. Start time will be 7:30pm, youth are encouraged to join for 30 minutes and adults 45 minutes.
