Hello, I know most of you live in chilliwack but a friend of ours from Abbotsford has gone missing. His name is Brook Morrison, he has been missing since Tuesday, his last known whereabouts was by Ledgeview Park/ Eagle Mountain. If you see him please call the Police. His family and friends are very worried about him as this is out of character. Thank-you.

Canada workout for these two! #ohcanada #workout #chilliwackfitness Dylan and Cole July 1st Warm up... 2 warm up bench press, then add Hip thrusts from a bench, and farmer carry every second set (alt) *Bench % program 2 sets 7reps at 65%, 2 sets 6 reps 70%, 1 set 5 reps 75%, 2 sets 3 reps 80%, 2 sets 9 reps @ 55-60% *Hip thrust total 4-5 sets *Farmer carry total 4-5 sets - bench, Hip thrust, bench, farmer...et.al. 10 reps with 1 minute break 8 reps then 1 minute break 6 reps then 1 minute break Hand stand push ups to med ball jump to wall ball! 5 rds. Break only after 3Rd rd for 1 minute, then complete rds 4+5 continuous movement. 8 Slams 6 Sots squat/press 4 box jumps Sled and plank Woooo!
