PSA: Business is on hold right now as I wait for a replacement part for my sharpener. If you were planning on dropping off knives in the next week, maybe hold off so that you are not without knives for too long! I will make an announcement when the part arrives.

Since the rest of the TBSO season has been cancelled and I don't need to sharpen my reed knives so often now, I thought I'd put some of my skills and tools to use and start a knife-sharpening business. With all that extra home cooking you are doing these days, I'm sure your kitchen knives could all use a tune-up! I have set up a drop box at my side door (566 Egan St.) and I am accepting e-transfers so we can maintain physical distancing. Label your knives, or send me a message when you drop them off - I'll let you know when they are done!
