IMPORTANT UPDATES!!!!! As of Dec 1 Shaun Perry will be conducting business out of MXV gym (459 Stuart dr) in the back room. Few things to note: 1. Please park in the back by the district office DO NOT use the gym parking at the front. ... 2. Please enter from the side door -begin the fence. 3. Remove shoes in back hallway NO SHOES IN THE GYM OR BACK ROOM 4. You MUST wear a mask on all common areas but it can be removed once in the treatment area. 5. ALL covid guidelines es and restrictions are still in play (no symptoms, no being around those woth symptoms or confirmation, must wash hands upon entering, must wear a mask in common areas, call in sick if not well) 6. All cancellation policies still in place with covid exceptions. We ask for 24 hour notice to avoid fees. Please stay kind, stay patient and stay healthy!
