Many people who know me, know this post isn’t easy for me. I started training with Shawn Haney last Sept 2019 when I hit my biggest weight. I was 325lbs and needed a change. I am proud to say today not only have I lost weight and inches but I have gained muscles. As of this morning I am 313!!! I haven’t been this weight in a year and half. ... I am down 5 inches in my chest 3 inches in my stomach My arms and legs are down an inch. However the muscles I gained are amazing! Today I can leg press 190lbs when I first started I was doing 40. My arms I was doing 5lbs. I can now do 15lbs. I hate photos. Shawn sees the most changes and encourages me everyday! Today I can see progress putting these photos together. I am so proud of my self to make this change! Never thought I would say I enjoy the gym and missed it through COVID. Here is to many more years of great changes and health!
