As time marches on, Valentines day is right around the corner. This year, Valentines will be extra special, as it falls right in the middle of our Family Day long weekend. This year we have put together 2 special treats for the loved one in your life. First we have a heart shaped bowl filled with cheese, sausages, and jerky, with a sweet treat, wrapped and ready for that special someone, for the affordable price of just $20. New this year, we have also built a sampler pac...kage, which contains 12 packages of our popular jerky varieties and snack sticks. Each are individually packaged and labeled, and packaged in a neat gift wrapped box, ready for that special gift. These boxes are priced at just $50. Pre-orders are preferred, so we can have enough of each made and ready for the special day. Watch for more announcements over the next few days, leading up to the long weekend, for more announcements and weekend specials.

How about a Porchetta roast with a Canadian twist. Here we have a whole pork loin and pork belly, stuffed with mozzarella and cheddar cheese, mushrooms, peppers, onion, and bacon, and seasoned. All rolled together and ready for the rotisserie or oven.

No imported meats, and prices not double like our big wholesalers have done. We have also added a couple of new products to the freezer. Jalapeño and cheese patties, beef maple sausage, beef MD Italian sausage, and a fresh fry jalapeño and cheese sausage.

Little change of pace today from the red meats. Filet and package this lucky customers catch from Rupert. If you are coming home from a fishing trip and need your catch looked after, we can help with that too. We can also hot or cold smoke your catch.

Well I have been quiet through all this frenzy as we enter into a new world. We are doing what we can to keep some stock on the shelves, which has been an epic battle. At this point, we are restocked with a reasonable assortment of beef and pork. We are also diligently working to get the back log of freezer pack orders put together for delivery.
