Posting this here as well as the email that just went out to make sure everyone sees it. WELL, between good old covid and it supposed to be raining all day tomorrow, clearly the tree hunt event this year is not meant to be. Sadly I have to cancel it for this year. I thought about just postponing it a week and hoping for better weather next week but I was already on the fence about whether it was appropriate to have this year anyways, so sadly I feel the decision to cancel it... is best for this year. With the vaccines being made now I'm confident we'll be back to the tree farm next year though. I'm really sorry and I promise I'll make it up to you somehow! Thanks in advance for understanding. It would have been great to see you all as I do like staying in touch and seeing all of your smiling faces from time to time. I sincerely hope everyone has the merriest of Christmases!

I'm on a mission and I could use your help! There seems to be not only a shortage of homes at the moment but especially for well designed homes with cool features. I have a few listed that have been near misses. It almost baffles me that there aren't more around and I seem to be working with a lot of buyers at the moment who are looking for this. I have lots of other buyers as well but with cool features in mind, do you know of anyone who would be willing to sell but just ha...ven't listed yet that has a cool home: $300 to $750k in the valley with a nice kitchen. $400 to $800k in any area with waterfront or water view with a unique design. Anything Uptown from lower prices to $2 million. Needs to haven good potential but the buyer is willing to do work. Can be commercial or residential or a mix. A townhouse uptown or south up to $260k. A fixer upper in almost any area within 20 mins of the city, up to $200k. Waterfront or water view within 30 mins of the city with privacy. A nice home in the valley or Millidgeville up to $325k. Cash buyer from Ontario who needs to close mid January. Thanks in advance for taking 30 seconds to think about anyone you know who has mentioned lately they are thinking of selling.
