Hi there Wanting to inform those who dont know i had to relocate InchbyInch Sechelt and decrease the amount of hydroloic work out equipment in the circuit I relocated the new mini curcuit to my home so it includes 4 hydraulic machines step ups and cooling boards and of course the vibra pro , so now you go around the circuit 3-4 x and that will be a 20 -30 min workout, i also have a small outdoor swimming pool that you are welcome to use , it is well maintained with all t...he required solutions to keep the water clear and safe, i live on Reef road a 4 min drive from downtown sechelt ,or a 20-25 min walk from downtown which is also a great idea to include the walk into your workout to make it that much more beneficial. Also just up the road from me is kanikanick park which has great low impact hiking trails. Monday , wed , fri , 10am to 11:30 id like to start a small walking club that can include the circuit . Meet at the trails for a hike together through the trails then a couple rounds on circuit then if u like a dip in the pool or how ever we decide to start and end group, let me know if you would like to join my group See more
