SMART goals are incredibly beneficial when setting goals for your business. ‘SMART’ is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound. Specific: Very precise with no room for misinterpretation. Measurable: The goal should be quantifiable, and progress should be easy to track. Achievable: Attainable, nothing unrealistic.... Relevant: The goal should contribute to your broader, overarching business goals. Time-bound: Have a defined start and end date.
